A free webinar on Flashing Yellow Arrow at Intersections will be on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, from 1:30 – 3:00 pm by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT). This webinar will explain the why, where and how of Flashing Yellow Arrows (FYA) at roadway intersections. The webinar information is geared towards IDOT staff, local agency staff, consultants, designers and contractors who are involved with roadway construction and maintenance in Illinois.
