CMAP released the new Quarterly Congestion Report, which measures traffic congestion and travel time reliability on the region’s expressways and tollways for the first-fourth quarters of 2016.
The report help indicate whether regional traffic congestion is improving, staying the same, or worsening over time. Features to be added in future quarters will include metrics for freight congestion, traffic incidents, and more.
