The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) released a new Policy Update that examines manufacturing employment and output trends in the seven-county CMAP region and the rest of Illinois from 2001-2016. The policy update focused on the loss of high-skilled manufacturing jobs.
