The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) updated their congestion scans for the region’s expressway system. The 2016 scans show average speed by milepost by time of day by direction of travel. An index to the scans, presented by highway segment, is on CMAP’s Expressway Performance webpage.
