The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) has developed a new hot-mix asphalt (HMA) performance test called Illinois Flexibility Index Test (I-FIT). Local public agencies interested in participating in this pilot program should submit their project details to Joseph Vespa of IDOT’s Central Bureau of Materials.
