A joint call for projects will not be released this year by the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) and the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) for CMAP’s Local Technical Assistance (LTA) program and RTA’s Community Planning program.This is due to the state budget issues.
Both agencies are focusing on fulfilling their existing commitments to projects that have already been selected in past years. The intent is to continue these programs and resume the call for projects in 2017.
